Shop with confidence at US Merchant Group, Inc. Orders placed via internet or over the phone can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. We also accept corporate or personal checks and money orders. Please, feel free to contact us for any additional information or special request. PO orders can be faxed to (718) 879-6488.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax (8.375%) will be applied to all the orders shipped within New York State.
Returns or Exchanges
Please note, if the item is NOT returned in its original condition, there will be a 10% restocking fee charged, otherwise the fee will not be applied. Used gloves or gloves in non-resalable condition will not be accepted. Customer needs to request Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number for all the items prior to return. The customer is also responsible for all the shipping charges. All returns must be made within 30 days after purchase.
Refund
All refunds will be processed within 48 hours. The shipping charge is not refundable. If you request pre-paid shipping label or call tag the charge will be calculated out of the order amount. Refunds requested for the orders with free shipping option will have the shipping charge calculated out of the order amount.

US Merchant Group, Inc is not responsible for any typographical errors. Should this occur, you will be notified by email or phone, and given the option to accept these changes or cancel your order.
